I was fortunate to spend a two week artist residency in the Champagne-Arden region of France at Château Orquevaux.
Below are my efforts, none of them finished
Eleven of the 22” x 22” pieces were created from old family photos with acrylic paint and charcoal.

The 12th painting is of Ziggy Attias
, the founder, heart and soul of the residency as a child. This was one of two pieces donated to the Château.

And one last 22” x 22” of our group adventure to the brocante and Joinville.

The smaller paintings were done as a reminder to myself of a particular memory.
